Moringa leaves are one type of vegetable that is currently popular. UKM Assiddiqah has produced several products from Moringa leaf raw materials, including Moringa leaf tea and chips from Moringa leaf flour. Processing Moringa leaves is still quite simple with a few equipment used in conventional production. In carrying out production there are several problems when making Moringa leaves into a product that can be packaged and sold. As for the equipment, they still use minimal equipment in production, especially in making flour dough which is used as chips. The production machine capacity has a very small rotational power when making the dough, which slows down the process of making chips. Apart from that, the products produced do not have their nutritional content tested through a National Accreditation Committee (KAN) standard testing laboratory. Through Community Service (PkM) activities, it is hoped that they can contribute to Assiddiqah UKM in the form of nutritional content testing results and modifications to dough rolling machines. The stages in implementation are field survey, equipment modification, testing and assistance, and evaluation. The mixer was modified to use a 180 Watt electromotor, WPDX 50 gearbox with a ratio of 1:10 so that the duration for the mixture to mix evenly was around 30 minutes per kg. Sample test results show that Moringa leaves contain calcium, magnesium and potassium with levels of 696,065 mg/kg, 6904.81mg/kg, and 501,603 mg/kg, respectively.
