Rezki Onto MSMEs in Bantaeng Regency face serious challenges in meeting the need for the main ingredient for making poteng, namely yeast. The current situation is that these MSMEs still have to buy yeast from Bulukumba district, which is still very far from where the MSMEs are located. The PKM team carried out community service activities, namely training in making yeast for MSME Rezki Onto and making Internet of Things (IoT) based temperature and humidity measuring instruments. Through yeast-making training, participants are able to improve skills in producing high-quality yeast, reduce dependence on external supplies, and optimize production costs. In addition, the delivery of IoT-based temperature and humidity measuring equipment gives MSME Rezki Onto the ability to monitor and control production environmental conditions in real-time, increase efficiency, and support the production of higher quality poteng cakes. Positive evaluations from participants, especially regarding the skills of the presenters and participants' understanding of the material, are indicators of the success of this service activity. By combining traditional yeast making and the use of IoT technology, this activity is a real example of how innovation can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.
